What you are buying

The online course Anima Factory: video and text lessons in the student area of animaschool.com, and the download of the project (templates and files) used in the course.

It is digital content: nothing physical is shipped.

To follow the course you need a computer and some services from other companies that are paid separately and are not included in the price (for example, a subscription that includes Codex, or a key for a voice service). They are explained on the course page before you buy.

Price and payment

The price is US$72, including any applicable taxes, as a single payment. It is not a subscription and there are no further charges.

Payment is made through Stripe, with the methods offered on its checkout page. You will receive a payment receipt by email.

Delivery and access

As soon as the payment is confirmed we email you a link to sign in to the student area with the email you used to pay. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or write to us.

Access is personal: do not share your account or sign-in links.

Withdrawal and 14-day guarantee

The course is digital content delivered immediately. When you pay, you expressly agree that delivery starts at that moment and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

Voluntary guarantee: if you ask us by writing to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of your purchase and you have not yet downloaded the project from the student area, we will refund the full amount to the same payment method and close your access to the course. Once the project has been downloaded, the guarantee no longer applies, because you already have the complete product.

This does not affect your rights if the course does not match its description or you cannot access it because of a fault on our side: in that case write to us and we will fix it or refund you.

Use of the course and the project

You may use what you learn and the downloaded project to create your own videos and channels, including for commercial purposes.

You may not resell, share or publish the course, its videos or the downloaded project, or offer them as your own product.

Results

The course teaches a method and some tools. We do not guarantee views, subscribers or income: they depend on your work, your videos and third-party platforms such as YouTube.

Other companies’ services used in the course may change their prices or features. We will try to update the course when that happens, but they are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence and you keep the rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
